On 1 February 2013, Consortium “Struma – Lot 2” (Impresa JSC, Rome, Italy; “GBS Infrastructure Construction Ltd, Sofia, Bulgaria; Patstroy – 92 Ltd, Sofia, Bulgaria) acceded to Integrity Pact in public procurement. The accession would allow Transparency International – Bulgaria as Independent Observer under the provisions of the Pact to carry out civil monitoring of the implementation of the project.
