On 28 August and 11 September 2012, experts of Transparency International – Bulgaria attended the opening of the technical and financial offers of the candidates in the public procurement tender for “Carrying out construction work in homes for medical and social care for children, divided in 8 separate positions” with Contracting Authority – the Ministry of Health.

 

Transparency International – Bulgaria, in the role of Independent Observer conducted a monitoring of the work of commission for evaluation of the candidates’ offers as part of the public procurement procedure. The monitoring was carried out in accordance to the provisions of the Public Procurement Act and on the basis of a Cooperation Agreement and Integrity Pact, signed between Transparency International – Bulgaria and MH.

 

At present, the expert team of the organization is elaborating an analysis of the preparation and conduct of the tender procedure, which will be published on its website after concluding the analytical work.
