On 17 and 18 July 2012, experts of Transparency International – Bulgaria attended the opening of tender documentation of the candidates in the public procurement for “Creation and commissioning of a national system for electronic data exchange in the sphere of social security for the purpose of Regulation N: 883/2004 and 987/09 – EESSI” with Contracting Authority – the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.

 

Transparency International – Bulgaria, in the role of Independent Observer conducted a monitoring of the work of commission for evaluation of the candidates’ offers as part of the public procurement procedure. The monitoring was carried out in accordance to the provisions of the Public Procurement Act and on the basis of a Cooperation Agreement and Integrity Pact, signed between Transparency International – Bulgaria and MLSP.

 

At present, the expert team of the organization is elaborating an analysis of the preparation and conduct of the tender procedure, which will be published on its website after concluding the analytical work.
