As an Independent Observer of the procedure for awarding of the public procurement for “Selection of contractor for design and construction of site: “Struma Motorway Lot 2, section Dupnitsa – Blagoevgrad from km 322+000 to km 359+000”, Transparency International – Bulgaria monitored the work of the commission for evaluation of the tenderers’ financial offers for design and construction of the infrastructure project. The monitoring of the procedure was carried out in accordance to the Public Procurement Act, and on the basis of Integrity Pact, concluded between Transparency International – Bulgaria and Road Infrastructure Agency.
