Today a meeting between representatives of Transparency International-Bulgaria and of Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works took place. The conducted meeting is part of the advocacy campaign for promotion of Integrity Pact concept and aims to present the initiative of Transparency International-Bulgaria to representatives of institutions assigning public procurement contracts.

 

During the meeting, Minister Lilyana Pavlova expressed willingness to continue cooperation between the two organizations based on an existing signed agreement. The possibilities for implementation of monitoring mechanism in two concrete priority directions of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works – energy efficiency and construction of infrastructural projects were also discussed.
