In carrying out the project “Promoting Integrity Through Advocacy: Counteracting of Corruption in Public Contracting”, Transparency International-Bulgaria held a work meeting with representatives of Ministry of Health. During the meeting the parties clarified the steps necessary for the pilot implementation of the Integrity Pact model developed by the organization, as well as schedule of planned activities.

In this relation, Transparency International-Bulgaria plans to conduct an independent civil monitoring of the procedure of planning and execution of public procurement contracts for “Restructuring of homes for medcial and social care for children between ages 0 – 3”, financed by Operational Program “Regional Development” – “Support for Reconstruction, Renovation and Equipment of Public Healtcare Institutions in urban areas” with beneficiary the Ministry of Health.
